The People Behind the Vision

Stacey White — Visionary Founder & Owner (left)

Stacey is the heart and vision behind First Step Cleaning. Built through faith, determination, and hard work, she leads from the front with a vision to create something bigger than cleaning.

Ashley — Vision Keeper (right)

Every vision needs someone behind the scenes helping hold it together. Ashley is Stacey’s backbone and Vision Keeper—bringing support, organization, and consistency that helps turn the vision into action and keeps First Step moving forward.
